I need help someone please its about imaging, having trouble with the file types |

Ok i edit my pictures with Adobe for my myspace i save and it automatically saves as a JPEG file so whenever i upload it to Photobucket its get 5 times smaller than what i saved it as can someone help or show me to a site that changes file types please i would really appreciate it
btw i hav one of the pictures im working with is attached if u wanna see with wat im workin with |
