Ok...I found this site where it gave some good reasons of why it was fake. Anyway, if you haven't seen the video you should watch it and read this site (http://topplerummy.org/berg/) on why they think it's fake. It makes you think..I'm still not totally sure but I'm heading towards the whol planned out thing...in other words...fake.

those things listed on that site about why the video might be fake... might be made up. because think about it, if all of those things that were stated were true, then how come nothing about them has shown up on the news?

3] Berg doesn't struggle or even flinch when his head is sawed off with a western style military knife.
It might have seemed like he was struggling but then again those guys kept moving him around making it seem like he was struggling. 5 ] No blood spurts from his neck as he is supposed to be dieing. The amount of blood on the floor is much smaller than it should have been. He should have died from bleeding out and this would have resulted in a couple of liters of blood spurting from his neck. If a person is alive and there's blood flow to the head then usually blood will squirt out. 6 ] No blood gets on the hand of 'Zarqawi' even though it was in front of Berg's neck when he should have been bleeding out. I never seen any blood on the guys hand. 18] Between Berg being knocked to the floor and then hacked up, the video cuts for no reason. Remember this isn't a two camera shoot, there is no reason for the video to cut. Something was cut out, or it would be continuous. There was a big cut in it. About 10 hours worth of a cut. 32 ] The speaker fumbles the transcript several times and goes back to the same page several times. It appeared he was having trouble reading his own statement. mhm 37] The time code actually jumps 11 hours during once splice in the video. Oops! True. 40] The voice reading the statement at the beginning not only does not match the lips, but when the pages are turned and obviously lost in confussion, there is no pause. If you try to resynch the audio with the video you can not. The voice is dubbed in and poorly lip-synched. When he was going through the pages he was still saying the speech. Isn't that a tad weird? 36] Berg continues to 'scream' after his windpipe has been cut through. Not sure if I heard that but you can't scream after your windpipe is cut. |

When i first watched it I didn't pay attention to the minor details but then I read that site and my perspective on it. I believe Berg is dead but I believe he was dead way before he actually got his head chopped off.

I think it's real. I mean, they seem to be suggesting that American soldiers had staged it. What do they have to gain? No publicity, after all, they have masks on their head. He is making all these assumptions that the person is DEFINITELY Zarqawi, according to the media. What if it was real and it WASNT Zarqawi?

i voted that it was real, because i dont see why they'd fake it. however, something about it is kind of not right...
that whole thing was terrible. i did a memorial for him in my xanga. real or fake, it doesn't matter, he's dead either way. |
