Thank you to all those who participated in this hiring - the current staff and community for their input, and the admins and heads for using unbiased judgment in choosing the best candidates. It was very very hard. Believe me. Without all your help, the selection process would have been much more difficult.

As well, thank you to those who try really hard to be great members. If you weren't chosen today, don't be discouraged! You don't have to be a staff member to make a difference in the community.

I HATE that. People just showing back up to try to get staff, and then sulking off once they don't again (even though that shouldn't be any sort of surprise at all anyway).

Yes, currently, only design staff on up have mod privileges in the website forum. And, of course, design staff are promoted from xanga, blogger, lj, and myspace.

Stay active in cB and demonstrate your skills in teh help forums and by submitting your works. When cB hires again, you might be nominated.
