I drink pop with water.
I'm so used to it now that I can't stand drinking Pepsi without water.
Anybody else do that?

...no. I purposely ask waiters for no ice in my coke to avoid this problem. I don't like it watered down.

When I do drink soda, I drink it for the flavor so I don't like watering it down much. If it's too fizzy I just shake it before I open it and I don't let the actual fizz come out.

well my health teacher said something awhile ago how watering the pop/soda down = less sugar & all so I eventually tried it. It wasn't great at first but I did get used to it after time.
It's about 1/3 water now.

It helps me since I'm trying not to drink as much pop as before.

Hmm, that's odd. I don't do that, and I hate drinking ice w/ soda too, because it melts after awhile and makes my drink all nasty and blecch. Like soda pop with water.
My cousin does that I think, and he also mixes different sodas together to make one of his soda supremes. rolleyes.gif

i have an idea, why just don't you cut soda off your diet.

If I resort to drinking something fizzy, yes, I'll water it down. Makes it more bearable somehow.

In a beverage, if you have ice in it, ice is really WATER right? If you eat the ice, you'll really have drank water too as WELL as your beverage. Like soda. Or something. >_>;

Uh.. to answer the question.. no I don't drink water with soda IF it doesn't have ice with it. blink.gif

Well, yeah, since you're probably drinking half water and half soda, no?

I don't do this, but I always water down my "fruit" juices. I do find this interesting, though.
It's a good habit, but I rarely drink sodas [and even when I do, I drink half of what I get], so I won't get a chance to benefit from this sad.gif.

so basically, you like it better flat. yeah i can see that.
i drink soda for the carbonation and coldness, so i see no point in flattening it with water.
