Hummm, DIV prob... Options

Ok I have figured out my DIV but I am stuck on what 2 put in where it says the stuff in the bold...&& my comment stuff..can somebody help me??

Did you take the code from someone else, and you are trying to plug in your own stuff, you just don't know what that is that they put, and for what function?
