If you mean you want to keep anonymous users from viewing your site I have seen it done using a splash intro page script but I forget the site (I happened upon it by accident). I have no idea how they accomplished this but if you weren't logged in it would redirect to the xanga login screen and if you were logged in you could enter their site. Don't ask me specifically anything more about this because I have told you everything I know... maybe someone else can answer this question in more depth... (by the way, accomplishing this will probably be difficult)
