I dont want to do it b/c Im scared _unsure.gif but i don't want to let my brother down...

should I do him the favor and sell his drugs for him or just let him get caught again??? so confused.......

what ever you do don't help him sell drugs, if he wants to carry on doing it it's his own choice let him suffer the consequences again.
it doesn't matter if he's your brother, don't get into the whole drug dealing thing

Damn, why didn't your brother learn his lesson? He lost 8 years of his life to this drug game. Tell him that he needs to stop and that you don't want to lose any part of your life because of something so stupid.

8 years is a hell of a long time. Tell him that this drug thig isn't what you want and it's not something he should continue with.

u just have to remember, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. u don't wanna go to jail 8 years for drugs cuz ur bro asked u to do it do u? i agree with applejuice, he shouldn't have asked u to do this. guess 8 years in the slammer to him is nothing...

No one should ever expect you to do his dirty work for him. If eight years in prison didn't cool him off, maybe he needs a few more years to get his head on straight. Prison is meant to rehabilitate.

tell your brother NO, no matter what he says.
cause that's just wrong after 8 years of prision and wanting to repeat ti again.

and you dont want to go to jail either.

It would be completely stupid of you if you went and sold your brothers drugs and it's really stupid if he wants to go back to selling drugs after he just spent 8 years of his own life wasted in jail. Honestly, you would think he learned his lesson. Now, if you sold his drugs, you could get caught too and then you will have to serve 8 years in prison. (maybe even more) I wouldn't risk it and I would consider maybe getting your brother help. He shouldn't even of asked you to sell his drugs for him, because he could possibly be putting you up to serving time in prison and getting drug possession on your criminal record.

DON'T DO IT. stubborn.gif

Do you really want to be in jail for eight years too? Do you know you're going to shower with a group of people. They'll look at your body. Police doesnt provide any special personality benefit, they'll bitch at you. You dont want to be in those shitty small jail ... like you seem one in the T.V. You'll have your own filfthy toilent and sink. Isnt that gross?

And, it's important to know that he's not being a brother to you. He's only a "brother" to you by blood, not friends. He's not being special. What takes to be a real brother is caring, supporting, and so much more in a positive way. He's doesnt learn or care about you that much or so. He's probably using you so he can start off with good amount of cash that you've collected.

My suggestion is that you tell your brother ... about you not wanna do this. It's not your problem. It's his problem. He need to get over it and get a dam life. He needs a job in a safe way as a responsible person. However, just do whatever you can to prevent your brother pressuring you to sell it. You got your own life, You deal with things in your own life, not someone's bussiness.

Well, I don't think $10,000 in cash and "sum bad ass bitches" is worth risking jail time for. Besides, you'll be paying fines worth far more than just $10,000 if you're caught.

It's not worth it. I say either let your brother take over, or bitchslap him for not learning his lesson.

Just. Don't. Get. Involved. If he really cared about you, he wouldn't ask you to. If he wants to ruin his life again, let him do it. Don't let him ruin yours.

The whole "fast money, fast women" thing rarely lasts and will get old if it does last. Instead of get rich quick schemes, you need to realize that you have to get your education and get a real job. You'll be set for life with a good education. I doubt you'd want to look over your shoulder every few minutes for undercover cops, rival drug dealers, fake people, chicks riddled with STDs, etc.

If you really intend to sling, you're not too smart. With all the homeland/internet security stuff, your posts have most likely already been flagged. If you keep it up, don't be surprised to see the DEA on your doorstep in the near future. If you think you're such a badass, watch the movie Blow and see what's coming to you.

If you think 10K is worth several years of jail time, you're priorities need adjusted. Your brother just spent 8 years being locked up. Ask him what it was like. If you keep it up, your life is about to get flushed straight down the shitter. Your brother has just opened the gates to purgatory and told you it's Disneyland. I wonder it he's man enough to take the rap for you when you're busted. I doubt it.

Following the advice of a drug dealer who spent the last 8 years of life locked up is not the best decision you could make. Think about the fact he's already been caught. You're following an ex-con into a lifestyle that is full of liars, theives and narcs. Since you've already blabbed your intent on the internet, consider yourself a felon. It's only a matter of time.

ahahaha. i REALLY don't think a forum full of 13-15 year olds is the best place to ask for advice about this, if you are being serious. but...anyway...

i don't think i have any experience with drugs on the scale you are claiming you're on. but, i was aiding my brother-in-law with his "home business" for a few months (mostly just weed and pain killers (vics, percs, oxys, etc.). bringing in "customers" and whatnot. but then he got collared for trafficking...and how the hell did your brother get 8 years!? man. i wish my stupid brother-in-law had gotten 8 years. he's a rat though. so...ugh. plus, he was in possession of stolen firearms. and he still hasn't spent longer than 48 hours locked up. i wish the justice system had just the tiniest bit of consistancy.

but. uh. just say no?! i mean, if i were in your shoes, i'd probably try it. but...i'd also probably end up doing the whole "one for you, two for me, one for you, two for me..." system...which probably wouldn't fly too high with whoever's in charge... ermm.gif

You are incredibly stupid...the answer to your question is yes. In a post 9/11 world, searches can be conducted without a warrant. National security agencies have the ability to monitor internet traffic and flag content for keywords related to any kind of crime.

Why did you bother asking for advise if you're not even willing to listen to anyone? You seem to have already made up your mind. When you are being sentenced, remember all your posing and righteous attitude. Most importantly, remember what I told you. Your life is about to go straight down the shitter...your brother is the one you can thank.

You could at least take advice from someone who got away with it. Being hooked up by a guy who did 8 years and is on parole is stupid. Maybe you could share a cell with him. That way you'll be able to talk shit to someone who thinks you're a baller.

Be sure you can live with the consequences of your decision.

Good luck.

Haha - I really doubt the authorities could arrest your brother or you based on what you've said here. As far as I'm concerned this could all be false! They would have to have better material to base a warrant on than that.
