Why wouldn't you wear a condom?

Can't help you with your birth control question, though....

Well, if you're taking birth control, it's up to 99% effective.

However, if you wear a condom and you use birth control as well, you're getting the best protection possible. Condoms also protect against STDs, but the pill doesn't.

So I, personally, would use a condom to protect against STDs.

Well even if your boyfriend wears a condom, there are still chances that you can get pregnant but that's like a 5/100 chance... for some condoms. And as for birth control pills, I heard that it's not 100% that you won't get pregnant.

its unlikely that you'd get pregnant but i highly suggest that you wear a condom. better to be safe than sorry.

Don't forget that birth control is NOT 100% effective.
If want a 110% chance that you're not going to get pregnant, abstinence is the best method. =)

Why don't you ask the doctor that's prescribing the birth control pills?

But yeah, the pill and/or condoms are both about 99% effective against pregnancy. So I would suggest wearing a condom anyways.
