I downloaded some brushes and followed the steps of what to do. (provided here) but...when I opened photoshop,and went to windows>brush. THERE'S NO BRUSH UNDER WINDOWS!!! so...someone please help

Uhm. I'm not sure I understand, but I'll try to do my best to explain..

did you load the brushes.. click on your brush tool, up on the tool bar youll see your bruhes,click the little blue arrow on the right, then go down to load bruses, select your brush set,click ok. then youll see them.
