It moves wrong! Options

Ok my friend tried to make a layout and failed so he asked me to finish this. The only problem is that I can't move the navigation because the backround image moves. If I move the Backround the navigiation moves. any Ideas?????

Well, I wouldn't put the navigation in the table then. Your table isn't even valid, by the by. Is it possible to get a preview of this layout on an actual xanga?

For one, I gotta tell you that a layout like this doesn't lend itself well to tables. I've never even seen one in this style one in tables. It'd end up being so much easier if you scrapped the tables and just used div layer.
For two, the float: right; property may or may not help you.

yea maybe I will change to DIv layers but the problem is that I dont have a layout template.....
EDIT: NVM I got one thanks for the idea a mod can close this if they want to......
