Centering "About Me" and Blogs |

Is there a way so that I can center the text that says "About me" and Center my blogs.. and also could I somehow hide "XX's blurbs" and "XX's latest blog entry and just have like the blogs show up and etc.?

Out of everything you asked the only thing that I know is possible is hiding blurbs but it also takes out about me, and who'd I like to meet (the words) too.
