Change the filename of your page to index.html and it should display properly when users navigate to that address.

Cut/copy a section off the bottom and set it as your table background.

The actual pop-up? Change the parameters.
The layout inside? You change the page you're loading in the popup. i think you should revise your code tho. That's not even a complete page.
