Well, I guess it was fun.. Everywhere I turned at school there was candy.
 I basically just hung out with friends and became closer to some.  My stupid friend was too shy to give this guy some candy so she made me go up to him and give it to him. :rollseyes: Nothing special happened, really.

mine was very very good. the best i've ever had. =]
in school, everyone had pink and red balloons and flowers and everything. it seemed like every single person [even those w.o a valentine] were happy. my boyfriend came over afterschool and we exchanged presents... he got me a flower, chocolate, teddy bear, and perfume. i got him a stuffed animal and cologne. [hah same gift sorta] his card made me really really happy. happy valentine's day!! |

It was very lovely. My boyfriend picked me up to go to school and came to my door bearing flowers! They are pretty, me gusta mucho. Then in the car he gave me the rest; 2 bears that kiss (one has a heart that lights up), our favorite candy (nerds, sour patch kids, and that fire gum), and a cute card.

Blah, not too great. I had to take a test as a representative of my school, along with a bunch of other people (that was stupid). Then, I had a stupid trip to go to after school that didn't turn out as great as I had hoped. (The 'dinner' was disappointing and the dancing was boring). And now, my boyfriend and I are in the midst of another fight.

It was fabulous. It was pretty much made clear to me that all the online friendships I made last year mean jack squat.
Oh, and I hope my ex has having a good time with the girl he spent the night with when he was supposed to be with me. I hope her pregnancy is coming along splendidly. Pretty much, V-Day, today was a bust. I'm not sure why I even bothered waking up. My son is watching Spirited Away with me though. My little hero.

It was a pretty bad day. Even though seeing couples holding hands and balloons saying "I love you" were everywhere made me pretty sad...I don't think my day was bad because it was Valentine's Day. It was just a bad day in general.

i love valentine's day
although i didn't get my damn commitment, it was still so delighful we didn't plan anything big because we're taking a raincheck on it so when we go, it won't be packed. luckily he picked me up with his car, walking around in a mini skirt and stilettos, 2 days after a giant snow storm which resulted in over 2 feet of snow would suck.that's right people! i wore a mini skirt AND stiletto boots in 30 degree weather with over a foot of snow everywhere! if you think that you dress like a slut, i totally beat you! i'm not really that proud but hey, better than being embarassed. the wind wasn't too nice and people kept staring at me but it's okay. it helps build my confidence. boy was my valentine excited and happy to see me  {edit} i'm sorry for the people who had a sucky valentine's day. sh*t happens. don't let someone ruin a holiday or just any day for you. at least you didn't get a letter telling you that your boyfriend needs space on your birthday...my ex boyfriend didn't buy me anything for my birthday when we were going out and i told him all i wanted was just a letter or something. i didn't care if it was expensive or not. like 2 days later he gave me that letter. what a total ass

I got a lot of prezzies from my family. Like, this huge bear, that goes up to my knees and its uber fuzzy, and a cookie bouquet, and other random stuffs. And then I sent a valentines card & some candy to my boyfriend. :3 And then um...at this website I like to hang out at, there was this awesome event and it was really fun. And I dunno...everything was just so happy. I wasn't very festive, though. I just drew a heart on my cheek. XD |

It was amazing..
Even though my group of friends didn't show that much spirit for christmas.. On valentine's dau, everyone showed a lot of effort for this holiday to make it special.. Or maybe it's because I asked about half the people in my group to be my valentine so they felt like they had to give/do something..It was pretty materialistic but I feel very warm and fuzzy inside.. All those cards, candy, friendly greetings and of course those lovely smiles were the highlight of my day.. I thought the cards with writting on them were the cutest thing.. I guess this just proves you don't always need a special someone to celebrate this holiday!!

it was awesome..what made it awesome was my whole acting class went to see blue man's group after school..and the performance was better than last time..i cheered so much i was horse..and the tepeeing and strobelights were great
but onto more vday-ish things..i got alot of flowers/chocolates from "anonymous ppl" i figured out who they were..but i feel awful b/c i dont like them.. i dont want to lead them on..but i dont have the guts to tell them how i feel..so i really dont know what to do  i actually wasnt expecting anything for vday b/c i have no bf..even tho this is my last yr of HS..=\ so next vday will be completely strange and..ahh *cringes* i also pinned up one of the roses on my locker and left it to die ..it was really poetic...dead rose on locker wall =] ..H.S. romance..loll |

It was alright; actually now that I think of it. It was terrible. My boyfriend got 4 anonymous cupcakes that had notes saying how much this girl looooooooooooooved him, and it wasn't me.

i woke up at 6:50am as usual. i got up and walked a drunk walk to the bathroom and relieved my self. i stumbled out of the bathroom and found my way to the sink. i felt the faucet until i could turn the knob to wash my hands with warm water. i turned off the faucit and just leaned over the sink trying to regain some conciousness. i reached with my left hand towards the wall to the left, looking for the light switch. i turned it on, and my eyes closed. the light was really dim but my eyes could not handle even that much just yet. slowly opening my eyes, i went to turn the faucet on again and washed my face. i stayed there leaning again looking at myself in the mirror. my grungy unshaven face. i felt about 47. i just stared at myself in the mirror. "hello ugly. todays just a regular day". with what strength i had, i picked up the razor next to the sink and started hacking at my face. once i finished, i stumbled on back to my bed, and sat for a while, at least until my reality stopped moving. i found my uniform and i put it on shirt first, pants then, blouse last. i found my boots. then my cover. i picked up my wallet and car keys and headed out the door. outside looked like hell came to town. it was dark and drowsy. and as i locked the door and walked away from my room, i realized it was valentines day. but thats ok. Marines are meant to live, and probably die alone. I figure, I have two more valentine days to go through before I either die or get out of the Corps.
Fast fowarding over a hard days work, I came home, took my uniform off, dragged my sorry self to the shower, put on my boxer briefs and just crashed on my bed, hoping to wake up in heaven in my sleep, or wake up again to get ready for school and my first day of 1st grade. either one, i'd be really happy. Happy Valentines Day. |

mine was for the first time a good day.... went to school, gave my gf the painting I had painted her, got a rose and some chocolates from her, continued w/ my day, bought a carnation at lunch, thne it broke so I had my friend make an oragami lilly (my gf's favorite flower) and taped it to the stem. i gave her the carnation and oragami flower and then went to a GSA (gay straight alliance) meeting after school w/ her.
but then after school it sorta took a turn for the worst. She admitted to cheating on me the previous weekend w/ her ex. I didnt break up with her cuz I know ppl make mistakes and shit... just told her that its okay that time, but if she does it again I cant promise I'll be so forgiving and with that my valentine's day curse continued... |

Mine was niiiiiiice. We exchanged gifts at school and then he came over and we just hung out and watched Seinfeld. In my opinion, a very relaxing night.
