how do you get a movie music beat thing like she has over her band list?

how do make your music, movies, etc font invisible?

i know this one is on here but i can't find it. what is the link for the code to change the nav bar colors?

and finally how do you make the normal myspace colors but short. like i saw a code kinda like this but it wasn't the same. i want it kind of like this http://www.myspace.com/fictionbydefault but i want it smaller. i dunno how to describe it. i have a skinny layout already so could i just change the codes on their back to the original colors? if so what colors are they?

do you know the color code for skyblue? oh and that link doesn't work. i typed it in to and it said invalid friend ID. :/
