Alot of them were just common people who knew jesus, he speaks about jesus and god so why shouldnt he be a griot in the bible? why are you guys arguing about him? sure he hasnt beatin' wife or been with young girls or ran sweat shops. but the topic at hand is.....he's kinda an ass. personally my opinion is that there were plenty of artist that achieved as much and more than he has. and have not felt the need to be like he is now. which to me, is more respectable. i mean, you didnt even win album of the year, so you'd think he'd get a little more subtle.
