background is covering my maraquee, ???

how come my maraquee is under my background? It's supposed to say You know you love me but you can only see haf of it and I can't find my sign in and sign out button!. my xanga is: http://www.xanga.com/teddy_bear_luva. and my code for my background is:

Make the marquee taller. That's the issue.
And that layout isn't suppose to have those links. If you absulutely must have them back, find the following in your code and remove it.

Stupid way of coding.... Take this out of the very end.
CODE
.navigation {  display: none; font-weight: none !important; width: 100% !important; font-size: 10px;}

The marquee is working perfectly. Well atleast it's working in Firefox. See:

it not working but a thing popped up and said my firewall is blocking it so it won't work.

Well, I would remove the marquee, because the firewall is more important than a marquee. Unless it's just so important that you have the marquee.

Well, as long as others that view your page can see the marquee.

line-height: 16px;

try the varible of lne-height.
