I wanted to know how can I make animated backgrounds like these and the fairy picture also shown below. I really like these and wanted to know how to make it. I assume it's done in photoshop. Any help is greatly appreciated.

ok well there are numerous ways to do this;;
go to jasc.com and downlod animation shop three. on photoshop/paint shop pro. make three differant images you want to animate. go to animation shop three. press animtaion wizard. in the top left corner. go through it and insert the images you wanna put in. save it. host it. and there ya go. =] PM me if you need any further help =] |

try that um... but only make the stars or whatever in different places and what not, ull get it |
