I haven`t seen it around..
but I thought of it.. Is there a way to make a multicolored border? Like when you use a gradient? and it shows two different colors that sort of blend.. can we do that in borders? like green on top and like blue on the bottom? I check the tut section..didn`t find nothing. I know you can make a border when you go to IMAGE-ADD BORDERS. but it doesn`t give any options on multi colored borders. |

Expand your image by, like, five pixels on each side. Bigger will look better. The effect sucks if it's thin. Heck, 10px would be even better.
Now, make a new layer. Put a gradient on this layer. Or whatever. Do stripes if you want. Doesn't matter. This is your border. Drag underneath original image. Ta-da, you're done. |

or you can just make the gradient, get the line brush and make a border that way. .
