Well pngs, i'm working on PSP and frankly somehow when i cut the background on PNGs it isn't transparent so yeah. It's kinda hard. |

It's an option. You have to check it.
 File -> Export -> PNG Optimizer -> Tab that says "Transparency" -> Choose "Alpha Channel Transparency" or "Single Color Transparency" depends on how many colors you've got. |
