i'm amazed there isn't a topic on chipotle already. chipotle is an amazing subway-esque "mexican" restaurant. www.chipotle.com for more info. i can't get enough of their burritos, which are huge and only cost around 5-6 bucks.
 i just found this picture off of google, but that's what the store looks like.  i'm not sure how appetizing this looks, but let me assure you--the burritos are amazing. if you don't have a chipotle around your area, i greatly pity you. whats your favorite food at chipotle? i'm fond of the steak fajita burrito with guac. swoooon. |

They built a new Chipotle around where I live. It was relatively close to Taco Bell, which may not be the best and authentic Mexican food in the world, but since that Chipotle at the time only had a few things in their menu, it wasn't so hot in the beginning.
I've seen it in other places though, and it's great.  Great. That picture made me hungry for some Chipotle.

  Seriously. My burrito bol looks like this-- -rice, chicken, black beans, sour cream & cheese. Now, you might say there's nothing on it, but trust me..it's scrumpdiddlyumptious!  :)

I've been wanting to go to chipotle for ages! But there was never one by us till we moved. Now we have some semi-close but until you posted this I had always been under the impression it was pricey. I'll check it out, thanks!

chipotle..is disgusting.
i must say..that i absolutely ADORE meican food. but..the burrito..was ew. i was so excited to go and eat because like i said..i love mexican. so, i ordered: a burrito. with chicken. hot salsa. rice. lettuce. cheese. ew. the salsa was like..pulp. i expected actual SALSA. with chunks of salsa ingredients. the rice had like..mint in it or something. it tasted weird. and the ingredients were either to the right of you..or to the left of you. i never did get a good bite of my burrito. i may go back and try a bowl. at least you can mix everything together. |

I love mexican food but not Chipotle. Jack in the Crack is annoying the shit out of me. Thats all they advertise.

Their style of food reminded me of Qdoba.
I remember eating at Chipotle once before, and to be honest, it wasn't that great. |

Seriously, I agree with Mike. If you live out in Houston, go to Pico de Gallo on Highway 6. GOOD STUFF.
