I've noticed that there's two topics for Wrestling, so I would like to just have one on pro-wrestling. Anything and everything having to do with WWE, TNA, ECW, WCW, Hell in the Cell, Rage in the Cage, Painous in Your Anus. IT DOESN'T MATTER! All wrestling topics go here as of now.

John Cena is loathed by 50% of the WWE fans. Internet wrestling fans want him dead. I'm not a big fan of him, I dislike him quite a bit. But this is no excuse for the stupidity of the WWE writers (bookers). Look at these ratings

December 19, 2005 3.7 (JOHN CENA IS CHAMPION)
December 26, 2005 3.7 (JOHN CENA IS THE CHAMPION)
January 2, 2006 3.7 (JOHN CENA IS THE CHAMPION)
January 9, 2006 4.3 (EDGE IS CHAMPION)
January 16, 2006 4.3 (EDGE IS CHAMPION)
January 23, 2006 4.5 (EDGE IS CHAMPION)

THE STUPIDITY! Ratings are soooo low with John Cena as Champion. Ratings spike drmastically when Edge wins the Championship, so what do they do> They give Cena back the championship. Unbelievable stupidity...

Your thoughts?

Just make him a heel if the fans don't like him.

Exactly. His 2003 feud with Undertaker was quite good, although I disliked Biker Taker. Cena has wrestling problems, mic problems, and fan problems, so maybe simply turning him heel won't be the solutions to all his problems...and besides, Cena only got to WWE through Tough Enough, as did Maven, so why did they deside to push one moron and not the other?

I mean, personally I like Cena. Why? I don't know. There's just something about him that makes him stand out. Almost like The Rock. For a Tough Enough winner, he's really good, I'd give that to him. Aside from that. I liked Biker Undertaker more than Deadman, reason? Because when Undertaker's a biker, he actually gets to be, who he really is. Mark Calaway is a biker, so in this case, we really see how he really is and how he really dresses.

However, would you want Triple H to be Paul Levesque? I doubt it. A lot of the time "mini gimmicks" work, now I'm not talking The Boogeyman or Papa Shango, I'm talking a person acting as a person. I'll admit, Biker Undertaker is easlier put into a storyline than Dark Undertaker, but i think they got it JUUUUST right with Ministry Undertaker.

As for Cena...no. He doesn't stand out for me at all. He seems like such a wannabe. The Rock's WRESTLING abilities completley destroy Cena's, his mic abilities are better, and with The Rock, everybody felt the electricity, but with John Cena, you have to REALLY like him to get a little spark.

That's exactly the reason why I like John Cena, because of his wannabe type look. It may seem funny but for some reason, it looks appealing to me.

GWF DO OR DIE

5th February 2006
SECC Arena, Glasgow, Scotland
7000 attendance

The show kicks off with some ACTUAL fireworks being let off in the arena. Commentators Murphy (The Murphy Show) and Martin Reid (Uncle Andy) run down tonights card.
Time: 7:00

The bell rings, and we're ready to get under way.

DO OR DIE THREE WAY DANCE MATCH
La Resistance VS Too Cool VS The Bashams
Too Cool, La Resistance and The Basham's have all had a horrible time since starting GWF, and tonight, the journey end for two of them...or does it?
First off The Bashams whipped Too Cool, and after 6 minutes, Scotty appeared to break his wrist, so Brian Christopher was to eb on his own.
It wasn't the greatest match, but they gave their all, however, that wasn't good enough.
The Allied Command, Kevin Hall and Greg Hayes, came out and got all three teams in one corner, and beat them with a chair! As a result, it was a TRIPLE DISQUALIFICATION, and all three teams would have to leave GWF FOREVER!
The fans enjoyed singing "NA, NA, NA, NA! HEY, HEY, HEY! GOODBYE!",as each team left the arena for the last time.
Time: 10:00
Winners: 3 Way draw, all teams leave GWF FOREVER!

Rob Van Dam Interview
The Champion says it has been an emotional day, as he knows it COULD be his last ever day in the GWF, but he plans on retaining the Championship and eliminating AJ Styles from the GWF forever.
Time: 3:00

Steve Austin VS Matt Morgan
The YMCA came out, and gave a little YMCA dance, which severly pissed off Austin. Austin then came out in a fit of rage, and before the match even began, beat them ALL with a chair. However, Morgan capatalized while Austin was beating up Y,C and A, by hitting a low blow. it was only then that the match officaly began.
It was a brawl from start to finish, Morgan tries to inject some old school wrestling into it, but Austin wasn't have anything to do with it.
Austin had the match won with a Stunner, when Y (Young from the YMCA) pulled a Mooner and distracted the referee, alowing C and A to come into the ring and hit Austin with a Conchairto. Morgan then f-5ed Austin to get the 1-2-3.
Time: 10:00
Winner: Matt Morgan

Federational Championship Match
Paul Tylion © VS Juventud Guerrera
Over the past few months of the GWF, Tylion has been booed by the fans. This week on Action, it all changed...Tylion has became the anti-hero. The Shane Douglas of GWF. The voice of the GWF. And it was known wwhen he came out of the curtain to a heroes receiption.
It was a good match, Tylino using his power and submission, while Juvi tended to use his high flying ability. Lot's of off the top rope moves from Juvi got him 2 counts, but when Tylion hit the PowerPlex onto a steel chair, it was goodnight Juvi, and the 1-2-3 for Tylion.
Time: 15:00
Winner: Paul Tylion

Maxi Guerrera Interview
Maxi seems nervous about his match tonight with Sabu.
Time: 1:00

The Sandmen VS The Warriors (w/Animal)
Tyler seemed very annoyed with his father the Sandman throughout the whole match, as Tyler tried to wrestle, while Sandman just played to the crowd. The Warriors had control of the match, and won with a Doomsday device on Tyler.
After the match, Sandman went to help Tyler, but when Tyler got up, he pushed the Sandman (to the crowds displeasure) and walked out of the arena.
Time: 9:00
Winners: The Warriors

No Disqualification Match
Sean O'Haire VS Steven Basick
The past few eeks, O'Haire has attacked Basick, and called him racist names. It appeared Basick was so jacked up for revenge that he was out of his mind. Basick came out with a trolley full of weapons, such as bats, canes and chairs and got his COMPLETE revenge on Sean O'Haire. When Basick won with the match with a chokeslam, he then shaved O'Haire's head bald and put O'Haire in a dumpster, and rolled it off the stage.
Time: 15:00
Winner: Steven Basick

No.1 Contender's Match to the Federational Championship battle Royal
Elimination Order
1) Michael Payne was eliminated by Syrin "Goth August"
2) Wayne Hunter was eliminated by Daniel Brianson
3) Frankie Kazarian was eliminated by Paul Murphy
4) Paul Murphy was eliminated by El Chiflado Luchador
5) Alex Daniels was eliminated by Daniel Brianson
6) El Chiflado luchador was eliminated by Syrin "Goth" August
7) Syrin "Goth Ausgust was eliminated by THE WINNER Daniel Brianson
Time: 15:00
Winner: Daniel Brianson

Hair Shaking War
Niall Catney VS Andrew Lau
One of the most spasticated events ever to reach a television screen, the hair shaking war seen between Catney and Lau. Good thing this ended in a draw, and both men got a standing ovation, or we would have never seen the end of it.
Time: 5:00
Winner: DRAW

Diva Championship Tournament Final
Destiny VS Torrie Wilson
It was a power match from the beginning, and Destiny's muscles simply outweighed Torries. Torrie played to the crowd, which Destiny disliked. Destiny won with a Piledriver.
Time: 15:00
Winner: Destiny

AJ Styles Interview
AJ talks about his plans to stay in GWF and become a two team GWF Global Champion.
Time: 3:00

Tag Team Title Steel Cage Match
High Fliers © VS Steele Cages
A magnificent match! The fans didn't want it to end. 6 off the top of the cage dives, 3 from each time. Plenty of high flying and physical wrestling. Lance Steele climbed out after 15:00, leaving his partner in a handicap situation. High Fliers took Max and slammed from the top to the bottom, before dropping out.
Time: 27:00
Winners: High Fliers

Sabu VS Maxi Guerrera
This match was hyped up from day one of the GWF, and with the electric crowd, you would know it.
It was a hardcore fight from the start, tables, chairs, ladders, chains, and yes, even fire was used during this match. It was two of the same styles going against each other in a magnificent match.
Sabu had it won when he blow fire onto the chest of Maxi Guerrera, but the referee was down. Maxi capatilized by hitting Sabu with a flaming stick wrapped in barbed wire.Expect more of this rivalry in the upcoming weeks...
Time: 20:00
Winner: Maxi Guerrera

Paul Heyman comes out and announces that it is now MAIN EVENT TIME!!!!!

GWF Global Championship Match
Rob Van Dam © VS AJ Styles
Both men came out to a huge pop.
They had a great high flying match. Neither men could win with their finishers. It went on for a while, but the fans loved it.
RVD thought he was going to hit a 5 Star Frogsplash to steal the win, bit AJ rolled out of the way, rolled up RVD and got the 1-2-3!
After the match, the entire locker room came out and thanked RVD for everything he has done for the GWF.
Time: 25:00
Winner: AJ Styles

I like watching Backyard Videos, it looks more painful. But then again, Pro Wrestling has the athleticism.
