the body color and the background color are different... Are you boycotting IE?
I don't really like the colors in genral, though, I don't know why.

Otherwise it's a very nice site!

I like it. Overall, it's a pretty simple layout, but it has some subtleties, such as rounded corners, that make it really nice. And the font is a great size—I can read it without having to put my nose three inches from the screen! Only three issues come to mind:
  1. The banner is really tall—narrow it down a bit and make better use of your vertical space!
  2. The light blue and tan don't complement each other very well. I'd keep the tan and get a darker blue, or a blue-grey, or even a blue grey color.
  3. If you scroll to the bottom, there's a lot of blank space. What's the deal with that? My guess is that you specified a height: attribute for one of the DIV's. Don't do that—leave the height out and let the DIV scale vertically automatically!

Very nice, Alvin. Though I agree with michael... the blue and the tan/yellow... just don't look right.

The nav bar borders sort of blur. I don't know if you were going for that effect or not, but I find it a bit awkward.

Yes, and I agree with oOolaalaa's suggestion.

More CSS maybe? Huge Times New Roman font's really default...

Hmm. I think that's my monitor doing that because on my screen the colors match.
