in some cases it might be true....
like sometimes in little kids' cases they might be true...lols i dont know..it depends what he's doing..i mean if theres a flirtatious vibe while he's picking on you then i guess its true. i don't know..guys are confusing..thats just what i think..i think...

In my experience it tends to be true. But once you get older and they mature(hopefully) it stops. They r so retartded making the girls want to punch them instead.

That can be the reason, or he could just not like you. It depends on how the person picks on you, if it's like teasing but nice then it's ok. If he's just laughing at you and making rude remarks then he's a jerk.

it depends......he can pick on you because he likes you or he can pick on you because he picks on everyone else or just likes to make fun of you.if he said something ruse/mean/bad about you, i think that person is just a jerk that likes to pick on people -.- .some boys are nice to girls that they like.......i dont know.....such a mystery about minds of boys o.o ooh...maybe you should ask him why he's always picking on you

There are different types of picking. Well it depends on age too. Boys in elementary levels picks on girls because they are simply the oppposite sex. In th emiddle of middle school, boys will change their mind about girls and draws this attention towards them. This is more intimate at around this age. So the two types of picking I kno of is, 1) if he's being Rude, then u know he doesn't like you. and 2) flirting, this is usually obvoius that you know he likes you.
