It really depends on his reaction etc.
He could be telling the truth because he doesn't want to hurt you, or either he does not have the guts to admit and goes on denial. |

he's probably looking at you because you're looking at him. whenever i feel that someone looks at me or is about to, i immediately look at them which kind of makes them think i'm checking them out when i'm not
 those people really shouldn't flatter themselves

Just because he's looking at you, doesn't automatically hint he likes you. Maybe there's something else about you that caught his attention? Sure, there are chances he likes you and there are chances he doesn't. From what you posted, I'm not sure because the only evidence you gave us was that he looks at you which is pretty feeble if you ask me.

At this point, I would suggest taking him for his word. If he is telling you that he does not like you, in all probability, he doesn't like you.
A few looks don't really create a sufficient amount of doubt. |

There are two things I'm wondering right now.
1.) Is Nate here because he's editing his post? 2.) Where did the topic starter go? 3.) Why hasn't she returned to reply? Or maybe she has but refuses to reply? 4.) Why did I say two when I realize I had 3 (now technically 4) questions and half of my post is spam? |

well i mean. its kinda like the shakspere play, much adi about nothing. when we talk were funny and sometimes we like dont talk for a while. like last year me and hijm were really tight and now this year were not in the same classes and we barely talk. plus i dont hang out with him that often cuz my friends dont hang out with his friends, really. but i would really like to talk to him more often and maybe even hang out with him.

oanswer is maybe were just as clueless as you sometimes boys express emotions in diffrent w rays ex. if a bot likes you he might:s A. pick on you B. play fight with you C. flirt with you D.
