Moving the about me section upwards. Options

how do you move the about me section upwards?

I removed my blog and extended network, and theres a huge gap there.

I never quite understood what it meant by put it in between style tags.

Exactly what does this mean?

It means do this:
<style>code</style>
or
<style type="text/css">code</style>

Style tags represent a stylesheet or CSS (cascading style sheet).
