Ok so here is how it goes, have you ever let people borrow stuff, only to never get it back again. Yeah, well I have, I've lost so much stuff, not to mention my Usher and 2pac greatest hits behind it.

Anyway I let my cousin borrow one my CDs while he was here a while back. Instead of returning my CDs he up and leaves and heads back to his house which is like 2 hours from my house. OMG OMG. So I wanted to cry because it was one of my favorite CDs. Anyway when I was at his house his stepson and I were playing video games. He pulls out his CD collection and I see my CD, and I'm like ohmy.gif. In my head I was like "thats my CD!!!!!!!!!!!!!". I started to steal it back , I don't know why I didn't. Now I regret it.

Anywho, anyone run into a similar situaiton like this when letting friends borrow something?

Some bitch asked me for a pencil because, being the failure in life that she is, she never brings any pencils with her anyway. It was one of my favourite pencils, because I was trying to be friendly. Anyway, at the end of class I forget to ask her for it, and next day when I ask her, it's "not with her."

My ass it's not.

Who cares, its yours steal it back.

Lets say some bozo stole your car. Your walking through your parking lot and you see your car. And you have extra keys in your poket. Just steal it back. Or wait for the guy to come out and frame him... Yup..

I got a PINK CD stolen from me once.
Years later I saw the girl with a bunch of zits working at Arby's.
I don't know what to make of that.

Mm, maybe you should ask for the CD back.
Yes, I've had that happen to me several times before, esp. when I have to loan people my pencils. mellow.gif They're always the .05 pencils that never get returned, too.

yea that happens to me but i just take it back. like, "oh haha this is mine right? okay imma take it back now, thanks. ;D" it's not worth it getting angry over, because sometimes people just forget to give it back, and that's all there is to it. mellow.gif

Yeah, happens alot, specially with CDs and pnecils/pens. But hey, as long as the "borrowed" value doesn't exceed too much, it's all good.

I actually stock up on those cheap plain pencils at the beginning of school because I know people will steal them. It's pretty annoying. At least now in middle school we have lockers, rather than those crappy old desks.. I remember people would switch desks for math and such and just steal stuff from inside. Really annoying, that was. _dry.gif

It's funny how people steal pens and pencils. You just write with it, geez.

I give people the crappy ones though. I don't know how many pretty gel pens I used to have and lost because people never gave it back.

well back in 6th grade when gel pens were dat "thing", this one girl stole mines. I had juss got them the week before. brand new and everything.

then on that same day we were doing a class project/poster... where u make everything all pretty... and i saw her u my gel pens!

i asked her where she got them from and she hesitated!
and she said i got them yesterday.

yesterday my as$.. _dry.gif

in the end i think i stole 3 out of 5 of them back
laugh.gif

i don't really think of it as stealing..but rather getting back something that belong to you.

^ Yeah, but half the time, when you ask for it back, they're like "NO! THAT.. THAT WAS MINE! STOP LYING, YOU LIAR!" and it just gets too annoying to argue back because they don't listen, and no matter what you do, they don't give it back.

how would you frame the person who stole your car...? if they stole it then it really was that person who stole it. plus, since that's a crime why would you just let it go like that?

My friend stole my powerpuff girl stuff animal...and I asked her for it back one day, and she said, "NO! I want it, or else I'll kill you!"...

Plus, I was in first grade...so that kind of freaked me out when she said that..-_- We were in class that time...and I told the teacher on her..and then our parents had to have a conference on that..It was really weird..and my dad became irritated....>.<

Other than that...I can't think of a time my friends stole my stuff..and if they did, they probably don't rub it in my face, or else I'll take it back.. ermm.gif or go crazy.
*

ohh something like that happened to me on two occasions. i lent this girl my slinky once and she kept "forgetting" to bring it back so my parents had to go to the principal and etc etc. she gave it back damaged mad.gif then this other kid, he took my beanie babie! then once again my parents had to complain and in the end i got it back but his twin brother was always like "you're a liar! his friend gave him that!" i can't believe that he lied to his twin like that. stubborn.gif

if anyone stole my morning glory lead pencils/pens i would be mad mad.gif

i would definately steal my things back now. i'm not a little girl anymore, i don't need my parents to stick up for me. i wouldn't even try asking for things back because they'd be suspicious and tell people i stole from them when in fact it was them who is at fault.

GR. I really dislike those situations. Because the person is your friend and you don't want to create that uncomfortable situation. That's why I'm careful in letting others borrow my stuff. I usually remind them to give it back often, and they usually do.
