i like the whipped better. personally, i just think it tastes "smoother." and isnt as thick.

I like both whipped and plain, but Yoplait has these chocolate mousse whipped yogurts that are absolutely amazing! So I'll have to go with whipped.

Plain is alright if you've added sugar but I love the Yogurt with Berries from Tim Hortons. There are strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top and yogurt at the bottom. Yum.
