Comment Box doesnt show up in IE, Shows up fine in FF but not on IE Options

Hey just wondering if you ppl cud help me out,

i got a problem with a comment box, the code and everything works fine in Firefox (which i prefer to use) but then a lot of ppl use IE and when i try my comment box out with IE it doesnt show up nor does any of the text i'd added underneath. The comment box is in a div overlay i'll put the code in so you can check it out. Its right at the bottom but i put the whole code incase there was sumthin else wrong in that.

On IE it dosnt recognize 0 as a index number, also is most easy if you set them to alternating numbers.

1-bottom layer (bg)
2-second layer from bottom
3-third layer from bottom
etc..

urmm.. i changed them all so they wer like 1, 2, 3, 4, ect.. but that hasnt made my comment box/text visible in IE..

or maybe im just being really thick lol
