I'm using
<div class="myspaceurl"> </div> <body> <style> div.myspaceurl {position:relative; background-image:url(http://www.jjjennnnn.x3fusion.com/images/redbox2.gif); background-position:center; background-repeat:no-repeat; left:-402px; top:186px; width:300px; height:57px;} </style> </body> to stick a gif image over top of my MySpace URL box, but it makes it so that there is a blank space under "About Me" that I can't do anything with. All the contents of my Jen's Blurbs box are shifted down 57 pixels. If I start highlighting down the page, it jumps from "About Me" down to my contact box, and then back up to the contents of my blurbs. I've tried sticking the code within the style tags (See above) underneith the inputed text, but it changes nothing. Is there any way around this? |

For some reason, that code resizes my box and makes the tables down the right turn transparent, which is why I'm trying to use the second method.
I think maybe what my problem is, is it's supposed to be entered into the Interests. Unfortunately, I am unables to edit any of my interests (Interests, Music, Movies, Television, Books) except for Heros. Clicking on "Edit" simply brings me back to the Interests/Personality tab. I'm about to delete my account. I think something is screwy |

Have you tried editing your profile in safe mode?

QUOTE(tcunningham1589 @ Jan 25 2006, 4:37 PM) ![]() It's a myspace feature, which allows you to see all of the html that is used on your page, without using it being "previewed" before hand while editing your profile. Wow, am I ever blind! haha I just checked that out, and it lets me edit my interests! Thanks a ton!!! now I just get the big space in my Interests box though |

Here's something intesting I've noticed:
When I use relative positioning, I get the big space. When I use absolute postioning it's fine. I am using relative for my MySpace URL box, and absolute for my header graphic. I'd like to use relative for both, but I don't want a giant gap in my Jen's Blurbs box. Is there any way to get around this?? |
