Could it be? Has the promiscuous, funloving, sexual deviant with an appetite for lust changed his wicked ways? Is he finally reaching that point of self actualization where he can conquer his foolish pleasures and earthly desires?

To answer these questions on behalf of Mr. Saunders, I'd like to say "yes." I know what you're thinking, and before you ask, allow me to intercede politely and introduce myself. I am the voice that only he hears. Although I present myself in the form of a passive, barely-there, presence, I am his biggest critic- his conscience, if you will.

Brandon has reportedly reached his breaking point. There was a time where his paranoia and trust issues controlled his every move, and as a result of this, he was a cynnical and guarded person. Emotional anguish still lingers, however, it isn't as prevalant as it once was. Breaking out of his depression, Brandon was able to trust, make friends and be the social butterfly that everyone knew he could be.

Thats all coming to an end. Thanks to a few online disputes, friends not being there when he needed them most, and the constant pressure and frustration with his father; the weight on his shoulders has proved too much, and his comfortable bough broke and fell to the ground. We all must fall hard in order to make a stronger recovery.

Time and time again, he has fallen. Time and time again, he has stood up, beaten, bruised and battered and somehow managed to perservere in spite of life's shortcomings. This time, something happened; something that will probably change his life. Brandon Lee Saunders has found love. As I encourage the growing young man to be free and enjoy his life, I remind him that Buddhism will keep him at peace and his better half will keep him sane.

Fight on, good fellow, fight on.

It reminds me of a guy friend's situation. In fact it's almost the exact situation...

Beautiful entry and that quote above was priceless. It's something I say all the time.
