Ok i wont a programe, that u can blend with but NOT PSP OR PS.. can u blend with GIMP? if u can ill download it?
But is tehre anything eles? if there is could u please send me the link through reply please.. thanks  appreciate it.. |

I think you can blend with gimp. It looks like it has a lasso tool and you can use that for blending.
