It's a div overlay. You create the image on an image editing program such as Photoshop and then plug it divs where you want your content to be. For myspace, you have to cover all of the existing modules first. Createblog's Myspace Script section has a tutorial for that, just look up 'overlay'.

Its a div overlay. You can make the whole layout in like paint shop pro, photoshop. and use a bunch of brushes like she did.
