What's wrong with my CODE? *screwed layout*, need help in my html code Options

I found this layout and modified the header and as you can see, my entries are all the way at the top of the banner instead of being in that gray box. I have no idea what to change in the html code. Please help me. Look at my layout

The bold part is what you need to change. Just make it bigger to move the text down. You probably need to make it anywhere from 600-700.

Is this nomal? Like, you know that link I provided at the top to my livejournal? Well when I clicked on it things are distorted but when I click on REFRESH everything is fine. Y does it do that.

It was probably cached, so sometimes when you make a change like that you need to refresh a couple of times to be able to see it. Everything looks normal now, though.
