comments and friends list help |

i have done the code for hiding my friends list and also for hiding my comments, and i have a comment box on my page. is there a way to make links i can put on my page that says something like "view my friends" and "view my comments"?

that helped a lot but only the comment one worked...the view my friends still doesnt work?
