Its good but you should really take of the Marquee and I think your image should be a little but bigger. But good Job

To be honest, it's not very appealing. Losing the marquees would be nice. Also, you have a moving comment box. How is someone suppose to leave you a comment if they can't keep up with the comment box.

You should think about getting rid of the marquees, and editing your html for your scrollbars.
