i tried to use someone elses tutorial thingy when someone asked how to put a picture as a caption under a pic but its not letting me. the person told her to just leave out the end ">" but that didn't work..

help?

What do you mean a caption, I'm not fully understanding what you are asking nor talking about.

ok... you have to upload your picture to a host... like photobucket.. then you go to fyad.com and enter the url of your image there, to make it smaller... then you copy it and paste it into this code:

<img src="small url here"

thats its.

Ps... when you go to the preview for the caption, let it sit for a few... it sometimes takes a couple of extra seconds to load from a host.

There are plenty of places to host a icon to

photobucket.com ; imageshack.us ; tinypic.com

and lots and lots of places to get icons like the digital arts section. _smile.gif

it just shows that X in a box.

i tried it with multiple images as well.

im reallyyyy desperate to ofigure this out but i need helpp

Maybe you can`t have such a long caption and it cut off some of the code?

try using Tinypic.com it has smaller url`s

hm.
maybeyou didnt save it in the right format.
make sure you save it in jpeg.
normally that should work when you upload it
i like photobucket.com best.. but whatever you like should normally work.
