Does anybody know the codes to edit the link colors and hovers on your page?

add this to your css or inbetween style tags

One problem. I have a div overlay, and the text size to the links changed but the colors and hover wont.

And I used the codes to change all the bold, double underline and italize, and everything changes except the bold.

I dunno if it's the div or what , but some colors wont change
