Is there a program that I can download that will allow me to brighten my monitor screen? I'm running Windows Xp, on a Compaq PC.

Did you do manual brightness?
Well, the graphics cards drivers should allow you. Check for Catalyst if you have ATi or ForceWare if you have NVidia. If not, download and install the latest display drivers and it should give you an option. |

I found this program on my computer that lets me do it: Adobe Gamma. This topic can be locked now.

QUOTE(Maestro @ Jan 14 2006, 2:13 PM) Adobe Gamma isn't really meant to brighten your monitor—it's used to synchronize color tables between your devices for Photoshop. It's like ColorSync on the Macintosh. |
