do you know what font is it?? and did they glow it?? and one more how did you make the watching over you (gold one) how did the put the word clear that you can see through the pic in the middle of the word

The curly one is Carpenter ICG. The plain one... Copperplate Gothic? As for the rest, it depends what program you use.

If apply a outer glow effect to the text, so it'll glow.
As for it being transparent... Hm. It's much easier in PSP.... But if you rasterize the text layer, select the text, delete it and then apply a stroke to it... It would look like that, I do believe. |
