If you sleep early, that means you can wake up early, which means you'll still have the exact same number of hours in which you're awake as compared to sleeping late and waking up late. It just means a slight change of schedule.

I have to wake up at 6:30 ish now, so I aim to finish all my stuff at 9pm the night before. Then I have an hour to entertain myself before I go to sleep, at 10. But that's only because I have to go to class that early...if you wake up earlier you can still do stuff from the night before.

Also...try really hard not to procrastinate. Mentally make notes in your head ALL THE TIME about what you're supposed to get done, and by what time. Be sure to give yourself a timeline, or else you'll get nowhere.

Hopefully that'll help you get your stuff done earlier and have a better night's sleep?
