font change, wont change Options

ive tried to change my font size..like to emphasize something i want to say.but it wont do it..when i try it..there's just a blank line for where it would be.

my friend told me maybe theres something disabled that action in my layout coding..

I think if you have any text in your css that all text is set to the same thing no matter what.
