Yea, I have a Minolta maxxum 3xi that my mom gave to me. it is a 35mm camera, and it is about as old as i am. has anybody heard of it, and if they have is it any good?

I really like Minolta film cameras, but I don't know anything about your specific model. I've always had good luck with my Minoltas though.

its konica minolta now... my friend works for them.... they make shitty cameras ... they make good photocopiers though

does it have a removable lens?

does is it windup?

do you have manual shutter speed and apeture controls?

is there an internal light meter?

The Minolta maxxum 3xi is not a bad camera at all, just have to get used to it. I only buy Canon and Nikon, my dad use to have a Minolta though. It lasted for ever.

I use a Minolta camera for photography and it works really well.

K, I have a Konica Minolta camera and I love it more than anything, except photoshop. They're great!

thre is removable lens

and im not sure about windup

no manual shutter speed and apeture controls that i have noticed

and no internal light meter.

remember, this camera is from around '92-'93

Konica Minolta is withdrawing from the camera business and selling that division to Sony.
