This layout is based off of apple's Mac Os X aqua theme. Everything was taken straight from the system and screenshots are what I used. I tryed to get it to integrate with the Apple feel and I think it came out nicely but the overflow property won't work with either of the tds and I cn't really figure out a way to fix that unless somebody knows a way to do it in javascript. i'm thinking about releasing it if Createblog will host it and the images because my host won't accept too much bandwidth. Leave comments and sugggestions, it is still a work in progress. I might release this for blogger if there's anyone who wants it.
Note: thanks to Apple for the whole look and aqua-soft.org for the pinstripe's and basis of the theme. My Xanga |

Yeah I know that's why I asked if anybody knew about a way in javascript to add overflow to the main blog or if overflow auto will work with tables. What to do you mean it doesn't balance? And how would I get it to stop looking defaultish? I'm trying to keep the navigation up there but I could delete it but i just won't get rid of the sidebar It's too much work to update my subscriptions every time I change.

It's "defaultish" because of the use of the regular xanga modules. Now, use div layers and then overflow is allowed, thereby eliminating that problem. Just add a link to your subs so that you can view your subscriptions.
I love the idea, it's very techy. Good Job on the images! ![]() |

I'm trying to use the default xanga modules as much as possible actually but I'm thinking of making a custom nav module. I've actually recently came across a script that adds scroll o the blogrings. All I have to do is modify the javascript to apply to the main blog and the left part of the blog. Most of the reason why I want to keep the default modules is because well otherwise I have to go through updating my subscriptions or updating my blogrings every time they change. I'm also trying to make this as non-xanga-designer friendly as possible so I'm making it so that when I release the code you just copy paste click and instantly your page looks like a mac.

very very coool idea/concept but i'd have to say cut off, like everyone else, try making everything smaller and putting some more space in between modules and working on some of those small but important details, it would look a ton better
good job tho ![]() ~sam |

Creative, but the Window part seems out of place.

Well, man, I've been using MAC osx pretty much since I first started gaming and programming. I have to admit that you did a good job with the exit and minimizing navigations, however, I don't see any other thing on this layout that relates to the make OSX. You might want to replace the navigation links with the top navigation of the actual macosx operating system. It' s just a suggestion though; besides that, I think you have something there, and it's going to look fantastic.

I like the idea, like others said, it's original. I think you should make the background white, instead of blue. I like it though.
