Uhm... it's worth a try? There are some 'standards' for skins, of course, so if it's they're a bit too simple, made with generators, or anything like that.. it will probably get rejected.. Not sure if skins are being accepted yet, but just go for it?

i only make div overlays... erm here's an example and such... none of which is gen O.o -random sources of codes etc- just not generated

I suppose you could submit them if you wanted to.. it's all up to you, but when I was submitting my overlay, it was kinda hard, becuase you have to have it in two parts. and cB only has one place where you can put codes

You can make DIV overlays in one part. Submit them if you'd like.

like for the ones that I make, one section has to be in interests and the other has to be in the music section, it has been that way since i started making them with bbz generator, then I got the hang of it without the gen, but I've never heard of making them in one section of the profile, and when i was trying to post the instructions, there was only one part in the submission form, and i couldn't figure out how to post the instructions so people could see them

i use 3 parts... the about me contains my css the who i'd like to meet is the overlay bodies and the heros is the hide the original layout O.o, it'd take 3 codeboxes

 i just cut it down to two parts... about me for css and who for the actual codes... and no i'm not gonna submit them if it's a pain in the arse... bleh i would do mp3 player skins though
