Okay im pretty new at this as you can tell if youve seen any of my posts.

i used the z-index:1; things like that for my tables, but now one of them is in the complete wrong place.

if i take them out its fine.

butt it i leave um it screws up the rest.

anyone?

myspace

(i am aware how bad it is.)

Then take them out? Whats not aligned? the only text I can see is the text for the ipod.. Anyways z-indexes just help tell one div from another.. IF you have more than one div its a good idea to use them but you can have a div w/out them.

Did you use z-index:1 for them all? your supposed to alternate numbers.. For each div use a diff number.

The z-index isn't what determines the position of the div, it determines the layers of the div and whatnot,

The background DIV should be the only one that is set at z-index:1 and then DIV 1 should be set at 2 and so on..

the only thing that I see wrong with the layout is that the pictures are behind the overlay square thing that you used to cover your default profile.

to create my first DIV I followed a model, and used a generator. go here for one: (if you want to) http://div.bbzspace.com/ (link)

And just use which one that you think that you will be able to use the most efficent with.
