This is weird and quite annoying, and has been happening a lot lately...I'm doing a blend, or a layout, or something of the sort, in Photoshop, and I have a bunch of layers. I try to move the text or another layer around, but it automatically switches to another layer and ends up moving that.
I don't know if anyone will be able to understand that |

Make the offending layer invisible&move the other layer. &don't put your text really close together when your moving it. Also, it's better to leave the text layers text layers and then they tend not to do that as much.

When I make the other layer invisible and try to move the text layer, it doesn't move most of the time.
Leave the text layers text layers, as in not rasterized? |

if you want to move things.
click on the marquee (anyone, rectangle/lasso), and hold the CTRL key and move. |

When you make a layer un-invisible, it doesn't click that layer, meaning you can't alter the layer. You have to actually click on the title of the layer to edit/move/whatever it.

When I do the ctrl+click on the layer thing with the rectangular marquee tool, it moves the actual marquee, but not the text/image.
It...still doesn't work? |
