Humor Forum Rules
Please respect our community and follow the rules. There are many types of humor so we can do without those that aim to hurt/offend individuals and groups of people alike.

The guy's name is Shingo Katori, he is an actor and on one tv show, he is a a cross dressing mother figure and one lucky family has him take over the duties of the mom. The government hired him to do a PSA about family communication. This video is that PSA, and it encourages people to say oha, which is short for ohayo, which means good morning.
