As it is currently affecting me right now, and i have nothing to do, I'd like to hear your thoughts about jet lag.

it's horrible. i had jet lag at the end of summer after going from california to maryland back to california for a few days then to china then to thailand then back to cali.

i would sleep for 15 hours, pull an all nighter, sleep for another 15 hours, pull an all nighter again...

I think this should go in Health...?

I can't really recall the last time I had jet lag.
I guess I can't tell how jet lag is like.

Bleh. Jet lag is terrible. I just take Tylenol and get a ton of sleep.

Haha, I remember when I came here from the Philippines, No matter what time I slept, I always ended up waking at 4:30 in the morning... and I was only awake during the hours when it was dark. It was weird.

Same. Only I was forced to wake up in the mornings so I was sleepy the whole damned day.

Jet lag gets annoying especially when it comes to waking up at a certain time. Such as school.

It really messes up my sleep.

jet lag is funny. this year when I came back from the Philippines, I stayed up from the time we got home (about 11:30 PM) till about 3 PM....two days later. then I'd have that obnoxious sleeping pattern where I'd stay awake from midnight to 10 AM then sleep until midnight again. blech.

i get that at least once a year. it sucks.

i remember once waking up at 7 p.m. then i watched TV until 7 a.m...and when i woke up again it was 7 p.m --_--" very uncool.

on the other hand..my longest record of staying awake is something like 32 hours without sleep haha. i woke up 7 hours before the plane flight, then it was a 11 hour flight, then it was only noon and i had my boyfriend come over it was so fun XD. slept at like..2 in the morning?

The solution is, not to sleep on the plane.

Example, when I went to korea this summer, there was a 13 hours difference. Morning = Day, vice versa. But I didn't sleep at all on the plane. (Okay maybe like an hour, but the ride is 13-15 hours long.) I arrived there, and it was about 7ish or so. Fell right asleep. Next day, I was right on scheduale.

I've been travelling so often to Hong Kong that I'm used to jetlag. I get over it in a day, and I sleep like a baby in the first night.
