on MS paint... how do you do it...
the tutorial only gives you examples on how to make a b&W picture colored by cutting things out of the orignal..but how to you change the colors like some people do in DIGITAL ART????...... My computers funked up it wont let me download PSP or PS.....so MS paint is all i have...

Too complicated to explain. It involves much knowladge of hex codes and lots of patience. Like seven or eight hours worth of patience.
