i tried the 'pimp-my-myspace comment box generator' & placed the exact code onto my 'about me' section & this is how it turned out & i quite don't understand why it turned out that way. can anyone help me with that or atleast can give me a different code for the comment box & if it's not too much to ask, the comment box that can be font color/size changed, dotted border, different color & etc. [i hope this wasn't too confusing, if it is just go ahead & say so & i'll reword it] thank you.

^ I don't see the problem? Are you talking about how the buttons look? Thats not the comment boxes fault. You have to add more atributes to your css.

yahh i was talking about how it looks like. like i wanted it to be a bit smaller & w/ a transparent background & the buttons to be all fixed basically & the font size & color to be changed & all of that but like i don't quite know what codes to use & like where exactly to place them in my whole css.

Some of the attributes you can edit in your comment box code and thats what you need to do. Also if you have a transparent background.. It will be the background of the page behind you.

Also the buttons will not look good in all browsers. So if you use firefox or if anyone visits your page and they use firefox, safari, etc they will see your buttons just like that and theres nothing much you can do about it.

You can try this code to fix your buttons but it will only work in IE i think.
Add this to your stylesheet
CODE
select{
    background: COLOR;
    font-family: FONT;
    color: FONT COLOR;
}

I think thats the code ..
